You can use them with confidence, as they are built to be durable and reliable. However, please note that the LED bulbs cannot be replaced once they reach the end of their lifespan.

8. Is this mask wireless and rechargeable?

Our Nourished Bodynskin LED Face and Neck Masks are designed for wireless operation, meaning they do not need to be plugged into a stationary outlet during use. Instead, they are powered by a rechargeable remote control. To function, the masks must be connected to the remote control via a cord, which allows you to adjust the power, time limit, light color, and intensity settings.
To charge the remote control, simply connect it to a USB power adaptor (5V 1A, for at least 3 to 4 hours) using the included USB-C to USB cable. Allow the remote control to charge until the battery is full, as indicated on the display.
Please remember not to connect the Face or Neck Mask directly to a USB charger.

9. How long does it take to charge the controller?

The estimated charging time for the controller, starting from a fully depleted battery is approximately 3 to 4 hours. We advise allowing the remote control to charge until the battery display indicates a full charge before disconnecting it from the charger. Avoid overcharging the remote controller to prevent battery damage and to prolong its lifespan.

10. How can I maximize the battery life of my remote control?

1. Use only a 5V 1A USB charger to ensure optimal battery health.
2. Lithium-ion batteries perform best when not fully drained. Recharge at 20-30% charge.
3. Store the remote at a 40-60% charge level in a cool, dry place if not in use.
4. Keep away from extreme temperatures to maintain battery efficiency. Aim for room temperature conditions.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defect in manufacturing, providing you with peace of mind regarding your purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If more then 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
